Abrophyll-DM Tablet is a combination medicine used in the prevention of asthma. It relieves allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes and congestion or stuffiness. It also helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages, thus widening it and making it easier to breathe.Abrophyll-DM Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you discontinue treatment prematurely, there is a risk of symptom recurrence and worsening of your condition. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, dryness in mouth, flu-like symptoms, skin rash, fatigue, headache, rash, and breathing difficulty. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. This medicine may cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your sleepiness.Before taking it, you should tell your doctor if you have any kidney or liver diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you. You should also tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.

This will make it easier for you to go about your daily activities. It can also give relief from allergic reactions after insect bites and symptoms of hives and eczema such as rash, swelling, itching, and irritation. This will improve the appearance of your skin and you may find that your mood and self-confidence improve as well. It rarely has any serious side effects and you may only need to take it on days you have symptoms. Moreover, Abrophyll-DM Tablet may make you feel less sleepy as compared to other antihistamine medicines. If you are taking it to prevent getting symptoms you should use it regularly to get the most benefit.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. How to use Abrophyll-DM Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Abrophyll-DM Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Abrophyll-DM Tablet is a mucolytic and bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways and also thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to breathe.
Alcohol
Caution: It is important to consult your doctor regarding alcohol consumption while taking Abrophyll-DM Tablet .
Pregnancy
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Abrophyll-DM Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Driving
Not Safe: Abrophyll-DM Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Caution Advised: Abrophyll-DM Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Abrophyll-DM Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Liver
Caution Advised: Abrophyll-DM Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Abrophyll-DM Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Abrophyll-DM Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
You have been prescribed Abrophyll-DM Tablet for prevention of asthma. Take it at the same time each day, preferably in the evening after food. Do not take it with any fruit juices (such as apple, orange, or grapefruit) as they might make the drug less effective. It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Use your rescue inhaler to control sudden difficulty in breathing.� Your doctor may take regular blood test to monitor the level of drug in your body. Avoid using antacids within 30 minutes of taking this medicine. It can make it harder for your body to absorb this medication. Notify your doctor if you smoke or have an viral infection. Your dose may need to be adjusted. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
