In Pain relief Aceclopride-TC Tablet relieves pain, reduce swelling and ease inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondolytis. It also helps to manage short term symptoms such as muscle and back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat if taken when the first sign of pain occurs. It works by reducing substances in the body that causes pain and swelling. Aceclopride-TC Tablet also reduces fever associated with various painful conditions within 1-2 hour of taking a dose.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aceclopride-TC Tablet is to be taken with food.
Aceclopride-TC Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol and Trypsin Chymotrypsin, which relieves pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Trypsin Chymotrypsin is a combination of enzymes which break down proteins into smaller fragments, thereby making them available for absorption into the blood. Once absorbed, they increase blood supply in the affected area and reduce swelling.

UNSAFE - Aceclopride-TC Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
CAUTION - Aceclopride-TC Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Aceclopride-TC Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Aceclopride-TC Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
CAUTION - Aceclopride-TC Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Aceclopride-TC Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Aceclopride-TC Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
If you miss a dose of Aceclopride-TC Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
