This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Acicare Gel is a combination of two medicines: Mosapride and simethicone which relieve symptoms of constipation. Mosapride is a prokinetic which facilitates the movement of intestines, thereby increasing the frequency of bowel movements, softening stools, and reducing abdominal pain/discomfort. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
