The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, loss of appetite, indigestion, stomach pain, and diarrhea. Directions for Use

How it works
Acimol-SP Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Driving

Kidney
CAUTION - Acimol-SP Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Acimol-SP Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Acimol-SP Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION - Acimol-SP Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Acimol-SP Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Acimol-SP Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is advisable while the patient is taking this medicine.
What If You Forget to take Acimol SP Tablet 10s?
If you miss a dose of Acimol-SP Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
