This restricts the advancement of cancer to other unaffected regions. You need to follow your doctor?s instructions very carefully to recover. In Gastrointestinal stromal tumour A gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is a type of tumor that occurs most commonly in the stomach or small intestine. The tumors develop into the specialized cells called interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs). Adsunib 12.5 Capsule helps to kill the cancer cells and also stops their further growth and spread. Follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get the most benefit.

Adsunib 12.5 Capsule is an anti-cancer medication. It works by binding and blocking certain cell surface protein (tyrosine kinase) responsible for the propagation of cancer growth. It also restricts the growth of new blood vessels within the tumor. This is how it prevents the proliferation of malignant cancers.
Alcohol
Consult your Doctor: Please consult your doctor regarding the safety of consuming alcohol with Adsunib 12.5 Capsule . Experts have not found evidence of alcohol impairing the effectiveness of the medicine.
Pregnancy
Seek medical advice from your doctor: Adsunib 12.5 Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.
Breast feeding
Not Safe: Adsunib 12.5 Capsule is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
Driving
Not Safe: Adsunib 12.5 Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
Safe when prescribed by an expert: Adsunib 12.5 Capsule is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Adsunib 12.5 Capsule is recommended.
Liver
Caution Advised: Adsunib 12.5 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Adsunib 12.5 Capsule may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Limited information is available on the use of Adsunib 12.5 Capsule in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
If you forget a dose of Adsunib 12.5 Capsule , simply continue with your regular schedule and do not take a double dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
Diarrhea may occur as a side effect. Drink plenty of fluids and inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools. Use a reliable contraceptive method to prevent pregnancy while you are taking this medicine and for a month after you stop taking it. It may affect wound healing time. Be careful while shaving, cutting fingernails or toenails, or using sharp objects. In case you need to undergo any surgical procedure, ensure to inform the doctor about your use of Adsunib 12.5 Capsule. Monitor your blood pressure regularly while taking this medication. Inform your doctor if you notice symptoms of very high blood pressure such as severe headache, confusion, problems with your eyesight, nausea or vomiting. Monitoring of thyroid gland function is required while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you notice symptoms of weight gain, dry skin, and hair. Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
