Antica 20 mg/100 mg Drop is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and nimesulide which relieve abdominal pain. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Antica 20 mg/100 mg Drop.
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Antica 20 mg/100 mg Drop is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

UNSAFE - Antica 20 mg/100 mg Drop is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
If you miss a dose of Antica 20 mg/100 mg Drop, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
