Aquadol Spas Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Diclofenac, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling).

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Aquadol Spas Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Seek medical advice from your doctor: Aquadol Spas Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Driving

Kidney

Caution Advised: Aquadol Spas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Aquadol Spas Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Caution Advised: Aquadol Spas Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Aquadol Spas Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended in patients with liver disease if this medicine is to be taken for a long time.

If a dose of Aquadol Spas Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
