How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Armotraz Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How it works
Armotraz Tablet is an aromatase inhibitor. It works by lowering the amount of estrogen (natural female hormone) produced in the body. This can lower or stop the growth of some breast cancer cells that need estrogen to grow.

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Armotraz Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
UNSAFE - Armotraz Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
UNSAFE - Armotraz Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
CAUTION - Armotraz Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Armotraz Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Limited information is available on the use of Armotraz Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.

What if I forget to take it?
If you miss a dose of Armotraz Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
