Arvast-A 150 Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Rosuvastatin and Aspirin, which prevents heart attack and stroke. Rosuvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication that blocks an enzyme required in the body to make cholesterol. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL). Aspirin is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-platelet action. It prevents the platelets from sticking together and decreases the formation of harmful blood clots.
UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Arvast-A 150 Capsule.
UNSAFE - Arvast-A 150 Capsule is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Arvast-A 150 Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
UNSAFE - Arvast-A 150 Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
CAUTION - Arvast-A 150 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Arvast-A 150 Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Arvast-A 150 Capsule is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

If you miss a dose of Arvast-A 150 Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
