Too much iron can cause organ damage, which can lead to conditions such as cancer, irregular heartbeat and cirrhosis of the liver. Symptoms are related to conditions that arise from iron overload such as high blood sugar levels (diabetes), darkening of the skin, abnormal heart rhythm or arthritis. By using Asunra 400mg Tablet, this excess of iron can be decreased to safe levels by removing it from the body through stools. This helps to reduce the risk of organ damage and prevents further complications. Take Asunra 400mg Tablet as prescribed by the doctor to get the maximum benefit.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Asunra 400mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.

Asunra 400mg Tablet traps and removes excess iron which is then excreted mainly in the stools. This reduces the risk of organ damage.

Alcohol

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Asunra 400mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Asunra 400mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving

UNSAFE - Asunra 400mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

UNSAFE - Asunra 400mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Asunra 400mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Asunra 400mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Limited information is available on the use of Asunra 400mg Tablet in these patients.

If you miss a dose of Asunra 400mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
