Avadase MR Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Serratiopeptidase and Tizanidine which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and inflammation (redness). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant.
