Axyclo Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Axyclo Tablet SR can be taken with or without food. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor. The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, loss of appetite, indigestion, stomach pain, and diarrhea. How it works
Axyclo Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.

Pregnancy

CAUTION - Axyclo Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Axyclo Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Axyclo Tablet SR is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION - Axyclo Tablet SR should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Axyclo Tablet SR may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Axyclo Tablet SR is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease. Regular monitoring of liver function tests is advisable while the patient is taking this medicine.
What If You Forget to take Axyclo Tablet SR?
If you miss a dose of Axyclo Tablet SR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
