Liver disease

In Liver disease B Liv Tablet protects the liver from damage against harmful chemicals known as free radicals, thereby improving overall health of the liver. This helps the liver to perform its normal functions. To make the medicine more effective and for general health benefits, stop smoking, maintain a healthy weight, and do not drink too much alcohol.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Fatigue, Headache']

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. B Liv Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

B Liv Tablet is a combination of L-Ornithine L-Aspartate, Metadoxine, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), and Silymarin. L-Ornithine L-Aspartate is a combination of two amino acids. Metadoxine is an antioxidant and Silymarin is obtained from milk thistle seeds (Silybum marianum). Together, they work by protecting the liver from harmful chemical substances (free radicals). Additional to antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, Metadoxine works by increasing alcohol elimination from the blood and tissues, thus preventing liver damage. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is a form of vitamin B that provides nutritional benefits.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - B Liv Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Breast feeding

Driving

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - It is not known whether B Liv Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - B Liv Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of B Liv Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
