In Hypertension (high blood pressure) Beninorm TM 4mg/40mg Tablet relaxes the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around your body. This lowers your blood pressure and reduces your risk of having a stroke, a heart attack, or kidney problems in the future. You do not usually feel any direct benefit from taking this medicine, but it works in the long term to keep you well. You should take it regularly as prescribed for this medicine to be most effective, even if you feel better.

The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. Beninorm TM 4mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Benidipine and Telmisartan, which lowers blood pressure effectively. Benidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB) and Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.

Alcohol

Pregnancy

If a dose of Beninorm TM 4mg/40mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Beninorm TM 4mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines that provides better blood pressure control than either medicine alone. Beninorm TM 4mg/40mg Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. It may cause you to feel lightheaded or weak especially when you stand up.� Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down.� Avoid consuming alcohol as it may enhance the blood pressure lowering effect of this medicine. It can cause ankle or foot swelling. Raise your legs while�you are sitting down and talk to your doctor if it does not go away. Do not take Beninorm TM 4mg/40mg Tablet if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or breastfeeding.
