Alcohol

Pregnancy

This helps to reduce the risk of stomach upset. Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea). Drink plenty of water while taking Blunim Spas 10mg/100mg Tablet in case you experience diarrhea as its side-effect. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. If you develop any new symptoms, or if your symptoms get worse, make an appointment to see your doctor for further advice.
