Apart from this, it produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation. Cafe Cof Plus Syrup usually starts to work within a few minutes and the effects can last up to several hours. Along with medications, drink enough luke warm water and gargle with warm salt water to ease the symptoms.

Cafe Cof Plus Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Ambroxol, Desloratadine, Guaifenesin and Menthol which relieve cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Desloratidine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which works by decreasing the stickiness of airway secretions and helps in their removal from the airways. Menthol is an organic compound which produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - Cafe Cof Plus Syrup may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.

Pregnancy

If you miss a dose of Cafe Cof Plus Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
