This helps to treat abdominal pain (or stomach pain) as well as cramps, bloating and discomfort associated with menstrual cycles or kidney stones also. Take it as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Eventually, it will help you to go about your daily activities more easily and have a better, more active, quality of life.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Colibest Tablet.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Colibest Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

Driving

UNSAFE - Colibest Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. As Colibest Tablet may cause vertigo.

Kidney

CAUTION - Colibest Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Colibest Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Colibest Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver

UNSAFE - Colibest Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.
