It also gives relief from muscle and back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. The dosage of Combidin 325 mg/30 mg/400 mg Tablet vary from person to person and your dose will depend on how bad your pain is. In general, you will be prescribed the lowest dose that relieves your pain. You might feel dizzy and sick after taking this medicine, so it is advisable to take rest and not indulge in any kind of activities immediately.

Paracetamol and Ibuprofen work by blocking the chemical messengers in brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Codeine works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain, thereby further decreasing pain perception.

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Kidney

Please consult your doctor. Use of Combidin 325 mg/30 mg/400 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Long term use of this medicine can affect the kidney function.

Liver

CAUTION - Combidin 325 mg/30 mg/400 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Combidin 325 mg/30 mg/400 mg Tablet may be needed. If you miss a dose of Combidin 325 mg/30 mg/400 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
