In Pain relief Cotaspirin 500mg Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by reducing substances in your body that cause pain, fever, and inflammation. It is very widely used and is effective for mild to moderate pain. It helps relieve symptoms of pain and fever that happen as a result of toothache, menstruation, muscle damage, and cold. It comes in many different forms, strengths, and brands. In general, take this medicine as per your need and it works best when taken at the first sign of pain. In Prevention of Angina (heart-related chest pain) Cotaspirin 500mg Tablet works as a blood thinner and is used in small doses to reduce the risk of blood clots forming. It prevents platelets from sticking together thereby preventing the formation of harmful blood clots. This means you are less likely to suffer from angina, a heart attack, a stroke, or other blockages of blood vessels. It is likely to be prescribed if you have a high risk of cardiovascular disease and should be taken regularly (usually for the rest of your life) to have a preventive effect. In Treatment and prevention of Heart attack Cotaspirin 500mg Tablet prevents the formation of blood clots in blood vessels thereby reducing the risk of future heart attacks or strokes. In larger doses, Cotaspirin 500mg Tablet may be used in the treatment of a heart attack or a stroke that has been caused by a blood clot. It stops the blood clot that is blocking the supply of blood to the heart from growing any bigger.

CAUTION - Cotaspirin 500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cotaspirin 500mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Cotaspirin 500mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver
