Pregnancy

Breast feeding

CAUTION - Cresemba 100mg Capsule should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Driving

UNSAFE - Cresemba 100mg Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Cresemba 100mg Capsule is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Cresemba 100mg Capsule is recommended.

Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Cresemba 100mg Capsule is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Cresemba 100mg Capsule is recommended. However, clinical monitoring for isavuconazole-related adverse reactions is recommended when treating patients with severe hepatic impairment.

If you miss a dose of Cresemba 100mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
