In Treatment of Premature ejaculation : Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet increases the level of a chemical called serotonin in the brain. This increases the time taken to ejaculate and improves control over ejaculation. This helps reduce any frustration or worry that you may have due to quick ejaculation and improves your confidence. It is usually taken 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity is anticipated. Do not take this medicine more than once a day.

How to use Cufil Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.

How Cufil Tablet works Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Driving

Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

Liver

Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.

If a dose of Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

Take it 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. Do not take it more than once every 24 hours or every day. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet affects you. It may cause sudden drop in your blood pressure. Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Inform your doctor if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse. Do not take Cufil 10mg/30mg Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months, or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
