Cyclopam Suspension is a mixture of two active medicines Dicyclomine, an antispasmodic agent, and Simethicone, an antifoaming medicine. Whereas, Simethicone disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Cyclopam Suspension is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Cyclopam Suspension is recommended. However, Cyclopam Suspension should be used with caution in children with severe kidney disease. Discuss with your child€™s doctor thoroughly before giving this medicine to your child.

Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Cyclopam Suspension is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Cyclopam Suspension is recommended. However, Cyclopam Suspension should be used with caution in children with severe liver disease. Discuss with your child€™s doctor thoroughly before giving this medicine to your child.
