How to use Denblue TC Tablet Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Denblue TC Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Denblue TC Tablet works Denblue TC Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Trypsin Chymotrypsin which relieve pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Trypsin Chymotrypsin is a combination of enzymes which break down proteins into smaller fragments, thereby making them available for absorption into the blood. They increase blood supply in the affected area and reduce swelling.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Denblue TC Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Denblue TC Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Doctor consultation is advised.

Breast feeding

Information regarding the use of Denblue TC Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Doctor consultation is advised.

Driving

Denblue TC Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.

Kidney

Denblue TC Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Denblue TC Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.However, the use of Denblue TC Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If a dose of Denblue TC Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.

Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C

You have been prescribed this combination medicine for relieving pain and inflammation. Take it with food to avoid getting an upset stomach. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Don't drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Denblue TC Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage. Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.
