Depofil Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of premature ejaculation in adult men. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. This medicine should be used only when prescribed by a doctor. Depofil Tablet works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when you get sexually excited. It may be taken with or without food. Take it as advised by your doctor, before having sexual activity. Some common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, headache, flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), nosebleeds, and dry mouth. It even causes dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. It should be used with caution in patients with a history of seizures, depression, and other psychiatric disorders. Before you take this medicine, let your doctor also know if you have any history of heart, kidney, or liver diseases.

Treatment of Premature ejaculation
In Treatment of Premature ejaculation Depofil Tablet increases the level of a chemical called serotonin in the brain. This increases the time taken to ejaculate and improves control over ejaculation. This helps reduce any frustration or worry that you may have due to quick ejaculation and improves your confidence. It is usually taken 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity is anticipated. Do not take this medicine more than once a day.
The majority of side effects typically do not necessitate medical intervention. and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Doctor consultation is advised if they persist or if you're worried about them. Follow your doctor's guidance regarding the dose and duration of this medication. Ingest it without breaking or crushing. Do not chew, crush or break it. Depofil Tablet can be taken it with or without food, although it's advisable to take it consistently at the same time.
Depofil Tablet is a combination of two medicines : Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.
Alcohol
Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Depofil Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.
Pregnancy

Driving
Not Safe: Depofil Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. You may feel sleepy, dizzy, faint, have difficulty concentrating and blurred vision while taking this medicine. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney
Caution Advised: Depofil Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Depofil Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
Liver
Caution Advised: Depofil Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Depofil Tablet may be needed. Doctor consultation is advised.
If a dose of Depofil Tablet is missed, take it promptly. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Avoid doubling the dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, and keep the temperature below 30�C
Take it 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. Do not take it more than once every 24 hours or every day. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Depofil Tablet affects you. It may cause sudden drop in your blood pressure. Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Inform your doctor if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse. Do not take Depofil Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months, or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
