In Dermatitis Dermatitis refers to the inflammation of skin. Derm Cream is effective in treating skin conditions with inflammation and irritation such as dermatitis. It works by reducing the actions of chemicals in the body that cause inflammation of the skin. It reduces the redness, rash, pain or itchiness caused by your skin?s reaction to an irritant. When used correctly it is a safe and effective treatment. This improves your self-esteem and confidence as your appearance changes. You should always use it as prescribed and only apply the amount you have been told to. Keep using it for as long as it is prescribed to get the full benefits. In Fungal skin infections Derm Cream is used to treat skin infections caused by fungi. These include infections like athlete?s foot, ringworm, vaginal thrush, and sweat rash. This medicine helps in clearing the infection and relieving the symptoms. At the same time it also blocks the release of chemicals that cause symptoms such as itching, redness and swelling. Therefore this medicine relieves the inflammation due to these infections. You should use this medicine for as long as it is prescribed, even if your symptoms disappear, otherwise they may come back. Depending on the type of infection you are treating, this may be several weeks. Even after your skin is completely cured, you may have to apply the cream occasionally to prevent the symptoms from returning.

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Derm Cream is a combination of five medicines : Ofloxacin, Clobetasol, Miconazole, Terbinafine, and Dexpanthenol. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that works by stopping the action of a bacterial enzyme called DNA-gyrase. This prevents the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing them. Clobetasol is a steroid. It works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Miconazole and Terbinafine are antifungal medications. They kill and stop the growth of the fungi by destroying its cell membrane, thereby treating your skin infection. Dexpanthenol is an emollient that softens and moisturizes the skin and decreases itching and flaking. This promotes healing of the skin infection.
