Pain relief

In Pain relief Diclofon Tablet gives relief from arthritis, muscle, back, ear or throat pain. It works best if they are used when the first signs of pain occur. It also helps reduce fever associated with severe pain. Reducing these symptoms helps you do more of your normal daily activities. If you are using Diclofon Tablet for arthritis, it may take up to 2 weeks of regular use for complete benefit. It is advisable to continue the medicine until your doctor advises you to stop.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Stomach pain, Indigestion, Loss of appetite, Dryness in mouth, Dizziness, Sleepiness, Heartburn']

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Diclofon Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Diclofon Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Tramadol. Diclofenac and Paracetamol work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Diclofon Tablet.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Diclofon Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Diclofon Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.

Driving

UNSAFE - Diclofon Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Diclofon Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.

Kidney

CAUTION - Diclofon Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Diclofon Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Diclofon Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Diclofon Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Diclofon Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
