It is also used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat. Dufex 75 mg/20 mg Capsule should be taken in an empty stomach. Dufex 75 mg/20 mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Pantoprazole which relieve pain. Pantoprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor which prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.
