Pantoprazole, an active constituent present in Dufex 75 mg/20 mg Capsule prevents acidity that may occur due to the painkiller.

Dufex 75 mg/20 mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Pantoprazole which relieve pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). Pantoprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor which prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.

Pregnancy

Liver

If you miss a dose of Dufex 75 mg/20 mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
