In Bacterial infections Elichlor Syrup is an antibiotic medicine that works by killing the infection-causing bacteria in your body. It is effective for bacterial infections of the throat, ears, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissues. This medicine usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and harder to treat.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Elichlor Syrup is to be taken empty stomach.
Elichlor Syrup is an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria. It does so by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. This does not directly kill the bacteria, but prevents them from increasing in numbers, and eventually clears up the infection.
UNSAFE - Consuming alcohol while taking Elichlor Syrup may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Elichlor Syrup is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
UNSAFE - Elichlor Syrup may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Elichlor Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Elichlor Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - There is limited information available on the use of Elichlor Syrup in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.
