In Treatment of Pertussis Pertussis is a highly contagious respiratory tract infection that can be life-threatening for infants. It is marked by a severe hacking cough followed by a high-pitched intake of breath that sounds like "whoop". It is easily preventable by vaccine, but Erythrokem 125mg Syrup is given if a child develops the infection. Take it for as long as prescribed by the doctor and avoid skipping doses. This will make sure that all bacteria are killed and they do not become resistant.

Liver

CAUTION - Erythrokem 125mg Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Erythrokem 125mg Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
