It works by reducing the actions of chemicals in the body that cause inflammation of the skin. It reduces the redness, rash, pain, or itchiness caused by the skin?s reaction to an irritant. Fexoryl M Syrup contains Montelukast and fexofenadine. Together these two relieve sneezing and runny nose caused due to allergies. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic that blocks a chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that works by blocking another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose and improves symptoms.

Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Fexoryl M Syrup is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Fexoryl M Syrup is recommended.
