Therefore, you can carry out your daily activities more comfortably. Take Fruselac DS Tablet regularly without skipping any doses. Make appropriate lifestyle changes, like losing weight (if you are overweight), exercise daily, and eat a healthy diet to get maximum benefits.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fruselac DS Tablet is to be taken with food. Avoid Fruselac DS Tablet with dietary sodium.
Fruselac DS Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Furosemide and Spironolactone. Furosemide is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time, it also relaxes blood vessels, but causes potassium loss. Spironolactone is also a diuretic which conserves potassium, thereby balancing its levels in the body.

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Fruselac DS Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Fruselac DS Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
UNSAFE - Fruselac DS Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
CAUTION - Fruselac DS Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fruselac DS Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Fruselac DS Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

If you miss a dose of Fruselac DS Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
