Ibitan 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but, it is better to take it in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. In case, you have missed any dose than it is better to take another one as soon as you remember it. Dizziness may occur as its side effect, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus. You may also have other side effects like, headache, palpitations, breathlessness, runny nose, feeling sick, diarrhea or fatigue. Let your doctor know if any of these side effects bothers you or persists for a longer duration.

How it works
Ibitan 5mg Tablet is an endothelin receptor blocker. It blocks the action of endothelin (a natural substance) that causes blood vessels to narrow (constrict). This narrowing increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. Ibitan 5mg Tablet helps relax these blood vessels and increases the supply of blood to the lungs.

Pregnancy
UNSAFE - Ibitan 5mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Breast feeding

Driving

Liver
CAUTION - Ibitan 5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ibitan 5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
What If You Forget to take Ibitan 5mg Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Ibitan 5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
