Altogether, it helps in easy movement and reduces discomfort. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly. It is advisable to continue taking Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet until your doctor advises you to stop.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ibuprofen and Methocarbamol which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving

UNSAFE - Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

CAUTION - Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Ibugesic M 400mg/750mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
