It stops the growth of bacteria causing infection and helps relieve pain, swelling, redness, itching, or irritation in the eyes or ear. Make sure you complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. This medicine is for external use only.Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.
Ketromox Eye/Ear Drops is a combination of two medicines: Ketorolac and Moxifloxacin which treat eye/ear infections. Ketorolac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling) in the eye/ear. Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing.
