Treatment of Liver disease

In Treatment of Liver disease Livodox Plus Tablet protects the liver from damage against harmful chemicals known as free radicals, thereby improving overall health of the liver. This helps the liver to perform its normal functions. To make the medicine more effective and for general health benefits, stop smoking, maintain a healthy weight, and do not drink too much alcohol.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Fatigue, Headache']

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Livodox Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Livodox Plus Tablet is a combination of Metadoxine, Silymarin, L-Ornithine L-Aspartate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid. This medicine contains antioxidant properties. It works by protecting the liver from harmful chemical substances (free radicals), thus preventing liver damage.

Alcohol

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Livodox Plus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

Driving

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - It is not known whether Livodox Plus Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Livodox Plus Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Livodox Plus Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

If you miss a dose of Livodox Plus Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
