Lizospey 400mg Tablet DT may be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. You should take it regularly as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you to remember to take it. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. If you stop taking this medicine too early then infection may return or worsen. This medicine usually makes you feel better very quickly but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Driving
UNSAFE - Lizospey 400mg Tablet DT may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Lizospey 400mg Tablet DT is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Lizospey 400mg Tablet DT is recommended. However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION - Lizospey 400mg Tablet DT should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Lizospey 400mg Tablet DT may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Limited information is available on the use of Lizospey 400mg Tablet DT in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
If you miss a dose of Lizospey 400mg Tablet DT, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
