Pain relief

In Pain relief Lorchek Ptc Tablet relieves pain, reduce swelling and ease inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It also helps to manage short term symptoms such as muscle and back pain, toothache, menstrual pain or pain in the ear and throat. Lorchek Ptc Tablet is also used to reduce pain after surgery. It works by reducing substances in the body that cause pain and swelling. By reducing pain, it improves the quality of your life.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach pain, Indigestion']

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lorchek Ptc Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Lorchek Ptc Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Lornoxicam, Paracetamol and Trypsin Chymotrypsin which relieve pain. Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Trypsin Chymotrypsin is a combination of enzymes which break down proteins into smaller fragments, thereby making them available for absorption into the blood. Once absorbed, they increase blood supply in the affected area and reduce swelling.

Alcohol

UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Lorchek Ptc Tablet.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Lorchek Ptc Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Information regarding the use of Lorchek Ptc Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.

Driving

UNSAFE - Lorchek Ptc Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Lorchek Ptc Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Lorchek Ptc Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Lorchek Ptc Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Lorchek Ptc Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Lorchek Ptc Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If you miss a dose of Lorchek Ptc Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
