Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever associated with migraine.

Alcohol

Unsafe: Avoid consuming alcohol with Migrosh 5mg/500mg Tablet as it is deemed unsafe.

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

Liver

This medicine can only decrease the number and severity of attacks but may not completely stop them. Before taking any other medicines, check the label to see whether they contain paracetamol. Since it is important that you do not take more than one preparation containing paracetamol at a time. Some tips that may help avoid a migraine attack:Have your meals at the same time every day.Avoid bright lights and extreme temperatures.Avoid loud music and noisy places.Avoid chocolates,� cheese, processed food, alcohol, and smoking.Get sufficient sleep and avoid stress.
