How it works

MYDERM 10g is a combination of three medicines: Beclometasone, Neomycin and Clotrimazole which treat ear infections. Neomycin is an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria while Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi in the ear. Together, they treat your ear infection effectively.
