This means it helps in reducing sensations such as burning, throbbing, sharp, numbness, pins and needles pain in arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, or toes. This improves your sleep, mood and reduces tiredness that can be caused by the pain. Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR also provides essential nutrients to the nerves for its proper functioning and development and protects them from further damage. Along with taking Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR, other treatments like physical therapy, accupuncture, massage or relaxation therapy can help you get relief from neuropathic pain. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR is a combination of four medicines: Pregabalin, Methylcobalamin, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) and Folic Acid. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are forms of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Folic Acid is also a form of vitamin B which provides essential nutrients to the nerves. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Driving

UNSAFE - Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Myelogen PG 75 Tablet SR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
