In Pain due to muscle spasm Myosone Plus Tablet treats pain due to muscle spasm by relaxing stiff muscles. It also reduces swelling in the muscles. Altogether, it helps in easy movement and reduces discomfort. Myosone Plus Tablet also helps reduce fever associated with muscle spasm. Take it as prescribed. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. ['Weakness, Sleepiness']

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Myosone Plus Tablet is to be taken with food.

Myosone Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Eperisone and Paracetamol, which relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Eperisone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever.

Pregnancy

Driving

Kidney

CAUTION - Myosone Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Myosone Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Myosone Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Myosone Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Myosone Plus Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.

If you miss a dose of Myosone Plus Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
