Natrilam 5 Tablet SR is a medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It is a combination of two medicines that effectively controls blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. Natrilam 5 Tablet SR should be taken with food preferably in the morning to avoid frequent urination at night. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. Even if you feel well, do not stop this medicine on your own because high blood pressure often has no symptoms. If you stop taking it, your condition may get worse. How it works
Natrilam 5 Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine and indapamide which lower blood pressure effectively. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker which relaxes blood vessels and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Indapamide is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body by increasing the amount of urine produced.
