New I-Kul Plus Ophthalmic Solution is to be used only in the affected eye in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to the infection returning or worsening. Use of this medicine may cause burning sensation, stinging, and irritation at the application site. How it works

New I-Kul Plus Ophthalmic Solution is a combination of four medicines: Naphazoline, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and Zinc. Naphazoline is a decongestant which narrows the blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricating formulation similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness in the eye. Zinc works as an antiseptic to clear bacterial infection in the eyes and relieve irritation.
