Nexacaine Sugar Free Suspension is taken without food, following the dosage and duration recommended by your doctor. Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium are antacids which neutralize excess acid in stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
