Treatment of Piles

In Treatment of Piles No Pile Rectal Cream promotes healing in plies (hemorrhoids). It improves blood flow and effectively relieves pain, swelling, irritation or itching caused due to piles. Always use the medicine as prescribed to get maximum benefit. Make sure to avoid spicy, oil-rich food and take plenty of fibers to aid in digestion and ensure speedy recovery.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them.

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.

No Pile Rectal Cream is a combination of three medicines: Phenylephrine, Beclometasone and Lidocaine, which treats piles. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which shrinks the blood vessels in the affected area of skin and decreases swelling. Beclometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic which works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to the brain thereby decreasing pain sensation.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - No Pile Rectal Cream may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feeding

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - No Pile Rectal Cream is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Kidney

CAUTION - No Pile Rectal Cream should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of No Pile Rectal Cream may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - No Pile Rectal Cream should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of No Pile Rectal Cream may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of No Pile Rectal Cream, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
