Noxica-TH Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of pain due to muscle spasm. It improves the movement of muscles and provide relief from pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms. Noxica-TH Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It can be taken with or without food. You should take it strictly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor. This medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, and indigestion. If you experienced any such side effects that do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent them. The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions or disorders. Let your doctor also know all the other medicines you are taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors first before using the medicine.

In Pain due to muscle spasm Noxica-TH Tablet treats pain due to muscle spasm by relaxing stiff muscles. It also reduces swelling in the muscles. Altogether, it helps in easy movement and reduces discomfort. Noxica-TH Tablet works quickly, usually within a few hours and the maximum benefit can take 2 to 4 weeks or sometimes longer. Take it as prescribed. Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly.

How it works

Noxica-TH Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Lornoxicam and Thiocolchicoside which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Lornoxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

Along with taking Noxica-TH Tablet, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain.
