Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you're worried about them. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. Oleptiss 360mg Tablet DT is to be taken empty stomach.

Oleptiss 360mg Tablet DT traps and removes excess iron which is then excreted mainly in the stools. This reduces the risk of organ damage.

Alcohol

Pregnancy

Breast feeding

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Oleptiss 360mg Tablet DT is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.

Driving

UNSAFE - Oleptiss 360mg Tablet DT may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

UNSAFE - Oleptiss 360mg Tablet DT is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION - Oleptiss 360mg Tablet DT should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Oleptiss 360mg Tablet DT may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Limited information is available on the use of Oleptiss 360mg Tablet DT in these patients.

If you miss a dose of Oleptiss 360mg Tablet DT, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
