It helps the body to utilise the hormone insulin and also regulates menstrual cycles. Take it as prescribed by the doctor. Do not skip any doses and follow your doctor?s instructions carefully to get maximum benefit.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Optimoz-Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Optimoz-Plus Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Myo-Inositol, D-Chiro Inositol, Metformin, L-Methyl Folate Calcium and Methylcobalamin. These medicines work by enhancing body?s response to insulin and decreasing high levels of a harmful substance (homocysteine). This effect improves hormone balance and leads to more regular ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS.

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Optimoz-Plus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Information regarding the use of Optimoz-Plus Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - It is not known whether Optimoz-Plus Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
CAUTION - Optimoz-Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Optimoz-Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Optimoz-Plus Tablet is, however, not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine.
CAUTION - Optimoz-Plus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Optimoz-Plus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Optimoz-Plus Tablet is generally started with low dose in patients with mild to moderate liver disease and its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
If you miss a dose of Optimoz-Plus Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
