How it works
PA Cold AF Syrup is an antiallergic medication. When your body is exposed to an allergen (pollen, animal dander, house dust etc.), it produces a chemical called histamine. This causes watery eyes, runny or blocked nose, sneezing, skin rashes, itching etc. PA Cold AF Syrup works by blocking the action of histamine, thereby relieving these symptoms.
Alcohol
CAUTION - Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with PA Cold AF Syrup. Please consult your doctor.
Pregnancy
UNSAFE - PA Cold AF Syrup is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
Breast feeding
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Information regarding the use of PA Cold AF Syrup during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.
Driving
UNSAFE - PA Cold AF Syrup may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Liver
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - PA Cold AF Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of PA Cold AF Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
What If You Forget to take PA Cold AF Syrup?
If you miss a dose of PA Cold AF Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
