Paratuf-D Oral Suspension contains two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is an antiemetic that works on the vomiting center in the brain. It also increases the movement of the muscles of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. This prevents nausea and vomiting caused due to migraines. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause the pain associated with migraine.

Kidney

SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Paratuf-D Oral Suspension is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Paratuf-D Oral Suspension is recommended. However, dose adjustments may be required in severe kidney disease. Please consult with your child's doctor before giving the medicine to your child.

Liver

CAUTION - Paratuf-D Oral Suspension should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Paratuf-D Oral Suspension may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Paratuf-D Oral Suspension is not recommended in children with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
